This beachfront resort, Casa Del Mar, is a stunning property with amazing staff. The condo was exactly as described—bed was super comfy, beautiful kitchen, and tons of extras on hand if you forget anything! We enjoyed a fabulous 14 days of relaxation! The waves were gigantic while we were there, simply breathtaking.

The condo at Casa Del Mar was very nice, clean, and quiet. The owner was very communicative, making for a smooth booking and check-in experience. The only downside was the sleeping arrangements. I would say it comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. We had four in the condo—two adults and two teenagers (14 & 16)—and the sleeping arrangements were not ideal. One ended up sleeping on the floor for most of the stay.
The condo is conveniently located between San Jose Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, so there's plenty to do and see! Definitely need a car; driving in this area is easy. Amazing food, beautiful beach! Overall, a very relaxing trip 😎🌴

We LOVED staying at Casey's condo in this beachfront resort. The location at Casa Del Mar is perfect for relaxation (though a car is necessary—plenty of easy parking!) and is close to two great snorkeling beaches. It was SUPER clean and stocked with everything you need, from sunblock, towels, and snorkeling gear to condiments and cooking supplies. I love the layout of the unit—great feng shui! Our favorite was lounging on the balcony at night and listening to the waves.

Every aspect exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We rented a car from CACTUS Rent-a-car, and everything went very smoothly with no surprises. The El Comer supermarket indeed has everything you could think of—a true one-stop-shop. The condo at this beachfront resort boasts a great location (if you rent a car), offering us the best of both worlds, close to both San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas.
Check-in was simple at the front entrance, and the place was IMMACULATE. Beautifully remodeled and decorated, the fully stocked cabinets featured everything we needed, including essentials like sunscreen, hairspray, and USB chargers. There was even some alcohol saved for us by a kind previous guest. The coffee maker worked well, and we felt right at home in the condo—the most comfortable sheets we’ve slept on in recent memory.
It also has everything you need to enjoy the beach! The Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas were perfect for our days out. We used the chairs, an umbrella, snorkeling gear, and insulated cooler bag every day and LOVED it. While the resort is beautiful, we spent most of our time enjoying various beaches. We especially loved Playa Chileno and Playa Santa Maria—both fantastic for snorkeling. Skip booking a snorkeling trip; those beaches are accessible for free! Just drive up, park, and enjoy your casual beach day and free snorkeling.
We celebrated our 10-year wedding anniversary at Sunset Monalisa, OMG! It was the most romantically breathtaking spot I have ever visited. Other good eats included Taqueria Rossi in San Jose del Cabo (inexpensive $) and Serrano Wine Seafood and Grill in Cabo San Lucas (moderately priced $$). Of course, the condo at this beachfront resort is fully equipped if you prefer cooking. The updated appliances make it easy to prepare any meal.
Lastly, Casey was a joy to work with—very clear and responsive to questions. We loved our stay at this beachfront resort!

Great small condo. It has everything you need and more.
Location is great; the place is calm and not crowded, and the pool was just for us during our whole week.
You can’t swim on that part of the sea, but the beach is beautiful.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here with our 9-month-old daughter for 4 nights. We have stayed in many VRBOs near Cabo, but this one at Casa Del Mar is by far the best! We were away from the chaotic party scene and pushy salespeople of Cabo San Lucas, left to breathe and relax in this peaceful retreat. We enjoyed the view of the Sea of Cortez while eating our home-cooked meals from the well-stocked kitchen. We spent our days by the pool drinking cocktails and reading good books. We also spent one day at the swimmable beach, just a 10-minute walk away. The condo at this beachfront resort has everything one needs for a beach day: umbrellas, chairs, towels, and more. We chose to keep the sliding glass door open instead of using the AC, staying nice and cool with the ceiling fans on, and could even hear the gentle waves crashing at night. Our baby slept soundly in the provided pack-n-play.
This place has a lovely pool with a restaurant and a swim-up bar that we also enjoyed. With proximity to restaurants, a grocery store, and a swimmable beach, we would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Casey's Casa Del Mar condo in April 2019. We're familiar with Cabo—we visit at least once or twice a year!
This is our first time staying at this beachfront resort, and we found it to be in the perfect location, steps away from the beach. The condo was CLEAN, providing modern amenities and was a wonderful experience.
